2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Packaging Your Return: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available). You are responsible for the safe return of the product, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Shipping the Item: Ship your return to the address provided in your RA instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
